Delivery Policy

Delivery charges (inc VAT where applicable):

UK Standard: £3.95 (Free over £50)

Orders placed before 1.00pm Monday - Friday will be despatched the same day. Parcels are despatched via Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service (but please allow three to five working days). Standard delivery is free when you spend over £50 to UK customers only.

UK Next Day: £5.95

Delivered next day on orders placed before 1.00pm Monday – Thursday. Orders received before 1pm on Friday will be despatched for delivery Monday. Orders received after 1.00pm on Friday, will be despatched on Monday for delivery next working day (Tuesday). Orders received Saturday and Sunday will be despatched on Monday for delivery next working day (Tuesday). Next day deliveries are sent via DPD and signature will be required.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery: £7.50

Orders placed before 1.00pm on Friday will be despatched the same day and delivered on the requested day - Saturday or Sunday. Saturday & Sunday deliveries are sent via DPD and signature will be required.

EU: £5.00

Despatched via standard post, Royal Mail. Wherever possible we aim to despatch goods on the day following receipt of order. Parcels are despatched via Airmail which normally takes between three and five working days depending on your location (but please allow five to seven working days)

Rest of World: £7.00

Wherever you are in the world, we will do our best to ensure that your parcel reaches you as quickly as possible, in the best possible condition. Royal Mail advises that "Loss claims should not be submitted until after 15 working days after the due delivery date for items going to the UK (or 20 working days after the due delivery date for items going to Europe and after 25 working days for Rest of the World)". Therefore in the unlikely event that your parcel goes missing, we are unable to replace the item until after this period has elapsed.

Please note the Royce Lingerie office hours are Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 3.00pm.

Royce Lingerie Returns Policy - Free returns (UK orders)

We hope you are delighted with your order from Royce Lingerie and that you love your new wirefree bra! If you’re not 100% happy with your goods, just return them to us for an exchange or refund, following the guidelines set out below.

UK orders can be returned free of charge using the Royal Mail Tracked Returns Portal, please click here if you wish to return an item.

European and Rest of World orders can be returned to us at: Royce Lingerie Ltd. Royce House, Canada Close, Banbury, Oxfordshire OX16 2RT.

  • We will happily refund or exchange any unsuitable or faulty items within 28 days of purchase.
  • Please feel free to remove the items from the packaging to take a look at them and try them on. However, we do ask that you take good care of the goods and return them to us in the condition in which you received them and with swing tickets attached. We also ask that, in the interest if hygiene, any briefs are tried on over your own underwear.
  • Please return any items either in the original packaging – or with the original packaging enclosed.
  • European and Rest of World returns postage costs are payable by the customer. 
  • If you wish to order a replacement item, please treat this as a new order.
  • We advise you to obtain a Proof of Posting Certificate when you return any goods to us, if using the Royal Mail Tracked Returns portal, please keep your tracking number for your records.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be credited to your account.
  • Please note we can only accept returns that were purchased directly from us, not via third-party stockists.
  • Please note, original postage is non-refundable.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or by phone, your customer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within seven working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charges but excludes the products listed as exceptions, below.

Products we're unable to cancel, refund or exchange

Unless faulty, we cannot offer a refund exchange on a bra we have adjusted, tailored or pocketed especially for you. If you need pockets added to one of our non-pocketed styles, we would suggest that you try the item for size first and then return it to us for the pocket(s) to be added once you’re happy with the fit.

Prices and VAT

You will be charged the current price for buying products from our website at the date you place your order.

All prices are displayed on our website and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable).

We reserve the right to amend prices if there is a change in the rate of VAT All total prices for goods and services at the checkout represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, regardless of the address for delivery.

For delivered to the EU, this price includes VAT (or VAT equivalent) at the current rate. Although this price is the same for deliveries outside the EU, where VAT (or VAT equivalent) may not be applicable, customers are not entitled to any discount or refund to account for the differences in tax treatment and will pay the same price for the item as a customer placing an order for delivery to the EU. Other components of the total price at the checkout, including delivery charge, may vary for each customer.
